Random Island Walking Trail Remembers Passionate Volunteer

An emotional gathering on Random Island earlier this week to remember a woman who was passionate about the local walking trails. Thursday marked one year since the passing of Donna Vardy, a passionate volunteer who was involved in a number of local organizations including local ground search and rescue, the SPCA, and was an advocate for the resettled community of Pope’s Harbour.
