The Heather Cutler Foundation is a Canadian charity dedicated to improving survival and quality of life for people affected by pancreatic cancer. The Foundation works to address critical gaps in awareness, healthcare policy, and patient support related to pancreatic cancer. Our work focuses on education initiatives, policy research, patient advocacy, and community engagement to help drive meaningful change in the pancreatic cancer landscape in Canada. Through collaborations with healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, and volunteers, the Foundation develops educational resources, supports public awareness efforts, and contributes to policy conversations aimed at improving outcomes for patients and families. Volunteers play an important role in supporting our initiatives. Opportunities may include research support, health education initiatives, communications and media work, data analysis, event support, and community outreach. The Foundation welcomes individuals who are passionate about contributing their skills and time to support pancreatic cancer awareness, research, and patient support initiatives.
The Mission of The Terry Fox Foundation is to maintain the vision and principles of Terry Fox while raising money for cancer research through the annual Terry Fox Run, Terry Fox School Run, as well as tribute donations and planned giving.
