Referring any client safety or medical issues to the lodge coordinator or manager, and reporting to the lodge coordinator or manager at the end of shift to ensure all clients have returned;
Maintaining communication while off-site by using the driver’s cell phone when it is safe and appropriate to do so – not while driving
Ensuring the van is clean and has gas before and after use, and completing the inspection checklist, noting any issues and reporting damage to the lodge manager immediately
