Background Check Required (Vulnerable Sector & Record of Conduct) Appropriate for Youth (i.e., less than 18) Appropriate for Volunteers Aged Between 18 and 55 Appropriate for Volunteers Aged 55 and Over Family-Oriented Volunteering Opportunity Description: Teen Night Program: – Program runs Sunday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm Activities such as movie nights, board games, tournaments, TV game shows, outings and much more. Volunteers are needed to help run the program After School Program: The after school program at Virginia Park Community Centre runs from 2:30-4:45 pm Monday to Friday. Volunteers will help with activities such as homework, sports, games, arts and crafts, and other activities. Other tasks include preparing and/or distributing snack and helping to tidy up the areas used during the program.
