Join us for an evening of food, music, auctions, fun and games on March 3, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
Mardi Gras Night at The Fluvarium with Billy and The Bruisers starts off with a glass of champagne, masquerade masks and beads.Billy and the Bruisers
Then take the opportunity to browse silent auction items, before our unique duck race and bidding begins on our first live auction for the night.
And food, don’t forget about the food. The Fluvarium’s own Red Seal Chef Antoine Harding has prepared a menu perfect for the occasion of Oysters Rockefeller, Blackened Chicken, Jambalaya, Shrimp Gumbo with Andouille Sausage, Muffuletta, Bananas Foster, Beignets … and more!
Finish the evening off with dancing to the tunes of Billy and The Bruisers.
