Conception Bay South is the latest community in Newfoundland and Labrador to open up land for affordable housing.
A ground breaking ceremony was held Tuesday to begin work on three Habitat for Humanity units.
Tyrone Wheeler, Habitat for Humanity project manager for builds in Newfoundland and Labrador, said the site was donated by the Town of C.B.S.
