Habitat for Humanity broke ground Tuesday in Conception Bay South for its first triplex project in the province.
The town has donated land to Habitat to build the homes on 43-47 Delaney’s Rd. The families who will live in them will make their down payment in 500 hours of “sweat equity,” Habitat says in a news release.
