Opportunity Description:

Global Choice is a non-profit, non-governmental, and volunteer-based organization that provides intercultural learning opportunities to help high school students develop the knowledge, skills, and understanding needed to create a more just and peaceful world.

Global Choice Canada needs volunteers to run 3-hour orientations for high school exchange students. Our students receive an orientation at the beginning, middle, and end of their stay in Canada, which translates to 4-5 volunteering opportunities per school-year (September-June). We teach intercultural learning in order to help foster responsible global citizens. All teaching materials are provided. Some orientations include a fun activity and lunch! (All costs associated with the orientation, such as transportation, are paid for. There should be no cost to the volunteer.)
